The Verdict
Mass toxic tort case. We established a causal link between a chromium VI plume and the cancers suffered by 600 plaintiffs. Landmark case pitted rural residents against politically-connected utility giant. Settlement: $333 million.

Tow truck v. Auto incident. We found previously overlooked brain injuries sustained by two plaintiffs.  Jury award: $20 million.
